I’m getting out ahead of the announcement of the ‘official’ 2019 NFL awards to share the players that I believe deserve extra special recognition.
As the 2019 NFL season comes to a close, it’s always a good idea to reflect on the past season–especially about those players who’ve had an impact in the league this year.
The ‘official’ NFL honors won’t be bestowed until Saturday night. They’ll include my favorite award, “The Walter Payton Man of the Year Award.” It will be given to the player who has done the most good in the community to help others’ lives.
My awards, which I call “The Sports Prophet Awards,” concentrate on what players did on the field during the 2019 season.
I also have a couple of ‘outside the ordinary’ awards for players that I think deserve special recognition.
