Last Thursday, Senators Cory Booker, Jerry Moran, and Richard Blumenthal introduced a NIL-related bill (one of three expected to be introduced) that would establish a new entity, the College Athletic Corporation. Among other things, “the CAC would be granted subpoena power to monitor whether all parties were obeying the framework established in the proposed law.” Read more from ESPN.
