He’s Jay Cutler, who’s now a pro cornhole champion.
Jay Cutler is a retired NFL quarterback. Selected Denver Broncos with the 11th pick in the 2006 NFL Draft, Cutler was traded to the Bears after a few seasons in Denver. He went on to play eight seasons with the Bears and twelve seasons in the NFL. After being released in 2017, Cutler transitioned to sportscasting for FOX. He also returned to the game with the Dolphins, but that comeback ended after one year, and Cutler retired for a second and final time.
Cutler is making a name for himself in a different sport in the American Cornhole League. Cornhole began as a lawn game and became popular in North America. The rules make it easy to play. You throw a fabric bean bag to an angled board, scoring points if you land on the board and more points if you put the bag in the hole. The player (or team) with the highest points wins.
Cutler has a gift for the game. With teammate Jay Rubin, he advanced to the finals of the Chicago SuperHoleIII Prelim finals and then won the championship.
“What in the world was in that flask?” 🤣

The sport is growing, and having celebrities doing well will stimulate even more popularity of the sport.
This was a very good and fun article. I definitely know who Jay Cutler is, as I am a big NFL and Raiders fan. I had no clue there was a professional Cornhole league or that it was so big. I have played this game many times. Thanks for bringing this to light Matthew Paris, this was awesome!
