Pranav accepts his trophy
On Sunday, Mithun Pranav finished in 1st Place in the Under 8 category at a district-level chess tournament sponsored by the Tiruppattur Taluk Chess Association. The tournament was held at the Sri Krishna Silks in Tirupattur.
Conducted in a Swiss system of four rounds with a time control of 20 minutes for each participant, Pranav finished a clean sweep of 4/4 in all of the rounds.
More than 150 players participated across categories—Under 08, Under 10, Under 13, Under 16, and 25.
