India’s youth player, Mithun Pranav, continues his winning ways in chess.

Mithun Pranav finished in 2nd place on Sunday in the Under 08 category at a state-level chess tournament held in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
The tournament was conducted by Tiruvallur District Sportsmen Association and was played using the Swiss system with a 20-minute time control for each player.
The event, played at the Decathlon Sports Centre at Mogappair, saw 439 participants engage in contests across various chess categories.
