Pranav continues excellent play in Malaysia.
Pranav has another solid outing.
On Saturday, October 12, Indian chess prodigy Mithun Pranav participated in the Traacs International Chess Carnival 2019 held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Pranav participated in the Under 8 category and finished 13th place (6/8 points) and earned a medal, certificate, and cash prize for the effort. He was also awarded a “Talented Under 6” certificate.
The tournament was sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Malaysia. Nearly 800 players participated in a time-controlled competition (20 minutes with 8 rounds).
