And players and fans responded!
Rapper DaBaby is well known for his hit single, Suge, a reference to hip hop CEO Suge Knight. More recently, DaBaby jumped on Enemies with Post Malone, which is on Post’s latest album, Hollywood’s Bleeding.
But now DaBaby can add something else to his resume, namely, sports. DaBaby performed at a celebrity basketball game this year. Snoop Dogg and boxing great Floyd Mayweather were among the stars that played. DaBaby was the halftime entertainment, getting players and fans pumped up.
With his rap, DaBaby has a place in sports.
DaBaby is such a woman basher! I read that he hit a woman in the face at a concert. Shame on him! You should never hit a girl! I don’t care how much money you have. No hitting women.
DaBaby, DaBaby, DaBaby. So you’re spraying concert promoters with Welch’s, beating on airport workers, slapping women, and threatening to kill Las Vegas drivers? What’s next? You’re gonna slap me for criticizing your behavior? If you’re reading this, please take responsibility for your actions. You have a daughter. Do you want her to read the news and see her dad beating a girl for not ordering McDonald’s?! That’s not a man! That’s a little boy! No rapper or athlete should be being violent.
DaBaby’s recent homophobic comments made during his concert are extremely horrifying, disgusting, and against everything that I stand for. I’ve tried being patient with him and giving him breaks, time after time. But homophobia, racism, and anything that makes someone feel like garbage for being themselves are not OK at all!
I stand one hundred percent with the LGBTQ community and I always will.
