Two young studs–Mahomes and Goff–will rule the day.
AFC Championship
The Chiefs and Patriots met in Week 6 with the home-standing Pats topping the Chiefs, 43-40. Expect this game to be different because of the playing conditions and (well simply) because the Chiefs are playing at home and the home crowd is going to go crazy!
To win, the Chiefs need to cause turnovers. For the Pats to win, they need to contain Patrick Mahomes and his high-powered offense.
If Tom Brady ends up being Tom Brady, then this game will come down to the last possession with the ball in Tom’s hands. If that happens, then the Patriots will be in the Super Bowl once again (sadly).
But I predict that a certain 23-year-old will get Kansas City to the Super Bowl. And to witness the passing of the torch–from Brady to Mahomes–will be kinda’ cool.

NFC Championship
Here’s another rematch game. The Saints and Rams met in Week 9 with the Saints coming out on top, 45-35. Todd Gurley didn’t get many touches in that game, but now he’s healthy, coming off a 100 yards+ against the stout Cowboy defense. And don’t count out contributions from newcomer CJ Anderson, who ran all over the Cowboys with his 100+ yards game.
I think this game will come down to which team makes just enough defensive stops against an opponent that can move the ball up and down the field.

These days we see a new NFL–where defense doesn’t matter as much, and high-powered offenses rule the day. And it means that two bright, young studs, Mahomes and Goff, will match-up in the Super Bowl–a repeat of the most-watched Monday Night Football game ever!
That match-up screams WE WANT MORE! It’s what I want to see.
