Shaqiri (from Stoke City), Naby Keita (RB Leipzig), and Fabinho (Monaco) also bolster the squad.
On paper, at least, I think it’s fair to promulgate a prediction: “Liverpool will win the league.” And play this week may well prove the case, one way or another.
