At the tender age of 11 I knew I wanted to do something involving two awesome industries–sports and technology. My blog, SportsWatcherss, was originally created as a commentary about sports video games. But as time went on I decided to cover daily sports news.
Even though the site was gaining momentum, I still felt like the site wasn’t making the type of impact it could. So I decided to write about sports technology and business. Inspired by all of the awesome and innovative companies I knew that I wanted to do something to effect others in a positive way.
From seeing my friends grow up loving sports the way I do, I thought, ”Man, wouldn’t it be great if I could do something sports-related for a living?” And it would be even cooler to create jobs for others who share that passion. I figured that the best way to accomplish this vision was through a marketplace.

While marketplaces already exist, like eBay and Amazon, amazing items can be difficult to find. You often have to scan through pages and pages of items before finding exactly what you have in mind.
SportsWatcherss will benefit sellers in a variety of ways. We’ll provide exposure for companies with amazing innovators in an industry that continues to grow. We’ll show support for sellers through social media and other forms of marketing. This will help start-up companies and individual sellers looking to increase sales. And, very importantly, we plan to have fees lower than competitors.
The bottom line is this: I hope to provide the sports industry with an exciting site to visit. Consumers will find the greatest and most unique sports products the world has to offer. It will be a place where buyers and sellers can interact with passion.
