The first comment out of my mouth would be this is a very emotionally motivated person, one way or another. He has a big heart (not to be confused with the medical term enlarged heart), and will play with bountiful enthusiasm if he feels that he’s in an emotionally supportive environment.
The negative side would be feeling spurned, which can turn to indifference or even unwillingness to produce and perform. As with any ambivalence, his play would become erratic and inconsistent. The conclusion: the Blazers’ overall emotional tenor will enhance the positive side.

Such an excess of emotional potential can sometimes result in exhaustion for overextending energy output when not necessary. That can also lead to physical vulnerabilities.
There’s potential for an excellent work ethic, though. And being around some of the Blazer gym rats should be an incentive for him to excel at improvement.
Overall, the numerical indicators suggest that he will fit in and be cooperative in response to coaching.
