Melo to the Heat?

Storyline: Carmelo is one of those many great players without a ring. If he were to be relocated, that would definitely give him a better chance at #1. Written by Peyton Hook, Galesburg, Illinois.

Maybe. Anthony is still a top small forward in the league, but the last couple seasons he’s gotten hurt and hasn’t been as good. Now, the Knicks have had a better season this year, which is a plus. Unfortunately, Melo might be traded. Rumor has it that the Miami Heat are interested in Anthony. Now given that the Heat genuinely want Anthony, who do they trade? Chris Bosh? Dwyane Wade? or even both?

Now if the Heat what Anthony, they could trade Bosh and Wade for Anthony and most likely someone else. Jose Calderon could fit in the Heat’s lineup or even Kristaps Porzingis. That would be a great trade between the two teams. Anthony and Porzingis for Bosh and Wade; that could work.

Most likely the Heat would not make such a trade. Pretty much every NBA team seems to want Anthony. The Chicago Bulls have vested interest in Anthony, reports say, but the Bulls would have to at least trade Jimmy Butler and maybe someone like Bobby Portis or Nikola Mirotic.

Why not the Sacramento Kings? The Kings are also interested in trading Demarcus Cousins for Anthony, reports say. The Kings have had some attitude problems with Cousins as of late and probably would like to get someone as great or better, like Anthony. Don’t take nothing away from Cousins though, he’s been a terrific center, if not the best, this year.

According to rumors, Anthony wants a ring real bad. Can you believe Anthony has never won a NBA championship? That’s shocking but true. If Anthony wants a ring he needs to go to a team that makes the playoffs every year and is consistent. Anthony has a lot of talent and has a lot of my respect.

Side note, I would personally love to see Anthony come to the Bulls though, that would be epic!
