1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Marcus Mariota (QB Oregon)

The Buccaneers have tipped their hat on taking a QB with the first overall pick. Though Jameis Winston is the more NFL-ready prospect, Mariota has a dynamic skill set. He also displays extreme maturity and does not have the off-field issues that plagues the FSU QB.

2. Tennessee Titans- Randy Gregory (OLB Nebraska)

With their transition to the 3-4 alignment, the Titans need to find edge rushers. Gregory is a freakish athlete that can attack the QB with speed or power. New assistant coach Dick LeBeau will understand how to get the most out of the Nebraska product.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars- Leonard Williams (DL USC)

In Gus Bradley’s defense, the Jaguars are dependent on pressure from the defensive line. Williams not only has scheme versatility, but can attack from any position along the line as well.  He could be a centerpiece to an attack similar to Ndamukong Suh.

4. Oakland Raiders- Amari Cooper (WR Alabama)

After the strong rookie season by QB Derek Carr, the Raiders need to find him more weapons. Though Cooper does not have explosive speed or size, he knows how to make plays. He will give Oakland the No. 1 receiving threat they have sorely lacked for a decade.

5. Washington Redskins- Brandon Schreff (OL Iowa)

The Redskins have a lot of holes to fill, but none more important than their offensive line. They must upgrade their pass protection to get a real evaluation from their QB trio. Running Back Alfred Morris also saw his production slip with the lack of consistent blocking.

6. New York Jets- Jameis Winston (QB FSU)

With a new regime in place, they must first start with finding a franchise QB. Winston has all the physical tools to be a star, but must reign in his off-field antics. This is the biggest boom or bust potential in the draft but hopes are new head coach Todd Bowles can keep him in line.

7. Chicago Bears- Danny Shelton (DT Washington)

The Bears defense had been atrocious for the past couple seasons and it all starts in the middle. Shelton will give them the road-grader in the middle to take on blocks and clear pass rushing lanes. He can also penetrate the interior offensive line to make disruptive plays in the running game.

8. Atlanta Falcons- Shane Ray (DE/OLB Missouri)

With new Falcons head coach Dan Quinn bringing in the Seahawks model, speed is at a premium in the front seven.  Though he does not have ideal size as a edge rusher, Ray is quick off the line. He can become the centerpiece of the a formerly non-existent pass rush.

9. New York Giants- Erek Flowers (OT Miami)

The Giants really struggled protecting Eli Manning last season and need an upgrade on his blind side. Flowers has the potential to become an elite level LT with some grooming. With his development, New York could solidfy its bookends on the offensive line along with 2013 first rounder, Justin Pugh.

10. St. Louis Rams- Brett Hundley (QB UCLA)

The biggest hinderence towards their success is the lack of consistent QB play. Hundley will be a late riser in the draft process because of his combination of size and athleticism. If he provides them with a threat as a signal-caller, the Rams will be a dangerous team in the future.

11. Minnesota Vikings- Devante Parker (WR Louisville)

Not only do the Vikings have a positional need at WR, but can find a running mate with QB Teddy Bridgewater. Parker has the size and skill set to become a legit No. 1 threat, while his familiarity with his former college teammate should decrease the learning curve.

12. Cleveland Browns- Kevin White (WR WVU)

With the loss of Josh Gordon for the season, the Browns need to retool their receiving threats. White is a game-breaker that can stretch the field, while taking coverage his way. His ability to catch passes in traffic makes him an intriguing prospect that could be a Jordy Nelson type.

13. New Orleans Saints- Trae Waynes (CB Michigan State)

The Saints defense was extremely disappointing in their second season under Rob Ryan. They need to add help in coverage and Waynes may have the best tools in the draft. Pairing him with their safety duo should help the front seven get pressure as well.

14. Miami Dolphins- Devin Smith (WR Ohio State)

There have been questions on Mike Wallace’s return to the team after signing his big payday two years ago. QB Ryan Tannehill needs more targets in the passing game and Smith proved consistently that he can make big plays. Smith can stretch the field and make tough catches in traffic.

15. San Francisco 49ers- Arik Armstead (DL Oregon)

The 49ers need to put a contingency plan in place for Justin Smith. Armstead is a freak athlete for his size and fits into their 3-4 scheme. He can be equally dominant playing the run and the pass.

16. Houston Texans- Marcus Peters (CB Washington)

Though there is major concerns over his character, Peters is the best CB in the draft. The Texans will need to replace Kareem Jackson this offseason, as well as upgrade their coverage. His profile relates similar to Broncos CB Aqib Talib on and off the field.

17. San Diego Chargers- Dante Fowler Jr. (OLB/DE Florida)

The Chargers need to upgrade their talent level all over their defense. Fowler will give another edge presence across from Melvin Ingram. He has versatility to play in several different positions in different schemes.

18. Kansas City Chiefs- Jalen Strong (WR Arizona State)

With the complete lack of production from their WRs, they need to upgrade the position. Strong has great size and good hands to make catches in traffic. He still is raw but has the tools that make him an attractive target.

19. Cleveland Browns- Maxx Williams (TE Minnesota)

After selecting a WR with their first pick, they add the best TE in the draft. There is a strong possibility that Jordan Cameron will leave and his production needs to be replace. Williams is a big target that can dominant the middle of the field.

20. Philadelphia Eagles- Vic Beasley (OLB Clemson)

Though they took an OLB in the first round last year in Marcus Smith, they may need to add depth after this offseason. Trent Cole may be a cap casualty and Brandon Graham may leave via free agency. Beasley is the explosive edge rusher they need to play opposite the complete Connor Barwin.

21. Cincinnati Bengals- Bud Dupree (OLB/DE Kentucky)

After losing Michael Johnson in free agency, the Bengals had one of the worst pass rushes in the NFL last season. Dupree is a freak athlete that has a knack of being in the backfield. He will bring the Bengals versatility in their scheme, will upgrading at either OLB or DE.

22. Pittsburgh Steelers- Landon Collins (S Alabama)

The Steelers need to retool their defensive talent and Collins is an elite level prospect. He is strong against the run, while smart in coverage. He is a natural replacement for the aging Troy Polomalu.

23. Detroit Lions- Eddie Goldman (DT FSU)

There is the very real possibility that the Lions will have to replace Ndamukong Suh. Goldman is a big body but can move down the line. He still has room for development but can fill in as a starter immediately.

24. Arizona Cardinals- Andrus Peat (OT Stanford)

They spent wisely last season in adding LT Jared Veldheer, who didn’t give up a sack. Adding Peat could solidfy their bookends for the next several years. He excels in the running game and good enough to protect the quarterback.

25. Carolina Panthers- La’el Collins (OT LSU)

Carolina had the worst starting LT in football in Byron Bell. Making an upgrade across the offensive line must be a top priority to help keep Cam Newton healthy. Collins has all the tools and could end up being the best offensive lineman selected in the first round.

26. Baltimore Ravens- Devin Funchess (WR/TE Michigan)

There are questions on what position he will play in the NFL, but Funchess is a huge target. He has great hands and is physical in the middle of the field. QB Joe Flacco needs more options in the passing game and has never had the type of playmaker that can snatch the ball away from defenders.

27. Dallas Cowboys- Todd Gurley (RB Georgia)

The Cowboys have a tough reality to deal with, as they likely cannot afford NFL leading rusher DeMarco Murray. While they also need to decide what to do with backup RB Joseph Randle after his legal trouble; leaving the roster thin at the position. Gurley is a physical back that can carry the load and take attention away from the passing game.

28. Denver Broncos- Bednarik McKinney (ILB Mississippi State)

Teams attacked the Broncos on the ground late in the season, keeping their high powered offense off the field. They were extremely thin at LB, while lacking a true run stopping on the inside. McKinney is a thumper that can fill the gaps to slow opponents ground game.

29. Indianapolis Colts- Melvin Gordon (RB Wisconsin)

After the injury to RB Ahmad Bradshaw, the Colts struggled to have a consistent running game. They desperately need to alleviate pressure off of QB Andrew Luck. Gordon is a complete back that can make big plays on the ground or as a receiver.

30. Green Bay Packers- Malcolm Brown (DT Texas)

The Packers were torched by Marshawn Lynch in the NFC Championship game and need to get more stout against the run. Brown is a big run stuffer that fits into their rotation, as he can play either NT or 3-techinque in their 3-4 defense.

31. Seattle Seahawks- Dorial Green-Beckham (WR Oklahoma)

Seattle desperately needs to add weapons for QB Russell Wilson in the passing game. They have never shied away from character concerns and Green-Beckham’s talent is too good to pass up. His size and skill set combination could make him the best WR in the draft, if he can keep it together off the field.

32. New England Patriots- Carl Davis (DT Iowa)

The Patriots need to prepare for life without DT Vince Wilfork in the near future. Davis is a big body that can clog the middle and clear lanes for their athletic LBs. He also has good penetration technique to add pressure up the middle on the QB, similar to Wilfork.
